Introduction
Pulse is Studio Graphene’s proprietary platform, developed to improve how software delivery is measured and managed. A key challenge in digital product development is the time and effort teams spend gathering and interpreting project data – often leading to delays, miscommunication and missed opportunities to optimise performance.
To address this, we built the Pulse AI chatbot as part of the platform’s AI-driven ecosystem. The goal was to simplify access to project intelligence and streamline decision-making.

Designed to integrate seamlessly with tools like Jira, GitHub and Trello, the chatbot enables real-time access to project metrics, developer updates and workflow trends. Using NLP and deep learning, it also interprets team sentiment, flags inefficiencies and suggests improvements – turning unstructured project data into clear actionable insight.
