Introduction

Diversity Economics, a B2B enterprise platform, helps organisations set, track and refine their diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) goals. A key challenge for businesses is the lack of structured benchmarking data, making it difficult to assess DEI performance and implement meaningful change.

This partnership focused on overcoming barriers in data accessibility, engagement and usability, ensuring a seamless experience for companies looking to improve their DEI strategies. As part of this, we explored how to implement GenAI best practices for collaboration and content generation. Through extensive research into GenAI tools, we identified their strengths and weaknesses, incorporating the best aspects to make the platform as user-friendly and informative as possible.

Studio Graphene leveraged AI-driven design principles to create an innovative interface that allows businesses to compare DEI performance across industries, interact with a conversational AI assistant for guidance on best practices and compliance and upload internal documents for AI-powered analysis of language bias.

The platform also includes dynamic data visualisation tools that transform insights into actionable reports and guided learning experiences that provide tutorials, suggested actions and tailored resources to support DEI initiatives.
