FormScore is a leading mental wellbeing platform that is dedicated to empowering employees to be more proactive in managing their mental health, while also supporting employers in offering tailored and engaging wellbeing benefits and resources to their staff.
They partnered with Studio Graphene to further improve their mobile app and platform, by enhancing its features, functionality and user experience to provide an even more seamless and effective wellbeing solution for its users.
Using ReactJS, ReactNative, and NodeJS, we created a tool for administrators to manage drivers that affect employees’ mood, linked to specific departments within organisations.

a number of new features they wanted to focus on, Studio Graphene quickly kicked off the
development process.

To enhance user engagement we integrated CustomerIO - an automated messaging platform - into the platform. This integration enabled us to communicate with users via email in a data-driven and targeted manner.
We leveraged data points such as engagement on the forum, user streaks, the number of teams joining the platform, and score trends to provide personalised messaging that resonated with users and encouraged continued engagement with the platform.
Recognising that the user’s time is valuable, we aimed to make the input process as quick and effortless as possible.
To achieve this, we integrated a chatbot feature through MS Teams, allowing users to submit their mood scores and quickly identify the drivers affecting their mood with just a single click. The intuitive and user-friendly chatbot feature simplifies the input process, enabling employees to easily keep track of their mental wellbeing without compromising their productivity.
To meet the requirement of adding a paid subscription option for users requiring the “MS Team App for FormScore”, we integrated the Microsoft SaaS Offers module. This integration streamlined payment plans and gateways, user management, and insights generation within Microsoft AppSource. By adding this feature, we were able to provide a seamless and efficient payment process for users.

Results
Studio Graphene enhanced FormScore’s mobile application, leveraging ReactJS, ReactNative, and NodeJS. The mobile application now simply integrates with MS Teams, featuring a chatbot for effortless user input. The result is a comprehensive solution that empowers users to become self aware about, and focus on their wellbeing.
